Beginner 0 - 15%		I have not studied English before or know just a few words.
Elementary 16 - 25%		I can speak and understand simple sentences.
Pre-intermediate 26 - 40%		I can use and understand English in simple everyday situations.
Intermediate 41 - 60%		I used to be able to speak English well but have forgotten it or still make many mistakes in everyday conversations.
Upper Intermediate 61 - 75%		I can use English well but still make mistakes or would like to extend my knowledge or grammar or vocabulary.
Advanced above 76%		I can express ideas and opinions but would like to extend my knowledge and practice my verbal or written skills.

Terms and Conditions

All fees must be paid in advance or on the first day of the programme in Sterling unless otherwise agreed with the Director of Studies.
Fees paid for courses that are cancelled or postponed by the student, in whole or in part, are not normally refundable.
Refunds are made at the discretion of the Heart of England Language School and are, in all cases, subject to a deduction of £100 cancellation fee.
The Heart of England Language School will confirm all bookings in writing on receipt of a booking form and a deposit of £100.
The Heart of England Language School will invoice for the whole fee when a course is confirmed.
Payment can be made by travellers’ cheque, cash, personal cheque drawn from a British bank or bank transfer. Payment details can be found on the back of this leaflet and on the invoice.
If payment is made by bank transfer an additional fee of £10 is required to cover U.K. bank charges.
Payments can be made in Euros with prior agreement with The Heart of England Language School.
Course participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements to and from Leamington Spa.
Course participants are responsible for their own personal, travel and baggage insurance.
Horse riding, tennis and golf tuition take place away from the school; if they are cancelled due to the weather, students are invited to take English tuition instead. Refunds will not automatically be made.
The Heart of England Language School cannot be held liable for damage, injury or accident to students’ persons or property.
