We offer a 24 hour emergency service so that clients can contact someone for help at anytime of the day or night in an emergency. This is particularly important when dealing with teenagers who may be away from home for the first time without their parents. The office is open for regular enquiries between 8.00 a.m. and 6.00 p.m.

Tuition

All tuition is held in clean, bright and airy rooms. All of our teachers are well qualified and extremely motivated. We are very keen to ensure the lessons are relevant to the students and so have detailed discussions with you before the course starts.

Our teachers aim to make sure that you learn as much as possible in a short time. They are there to help you reach your full potential and we do that by really getting to know you. Our teachers provide useful and interesting lessons, all of which are taught in a fun and relaxed way. Your teachers will guide you, support you, build your confidence and give you feedback. Our teachers are all native speakers so you will be able to listen to authentic and different accents.

Excursions

We use a well-established coach company for all our excursions and have a good relationship with the drivers, which means they are flexible and friendly in their service to the students.

We supply school and college groups with questionnaires, work sheets and educational materials relevant to their sightseeing destinations for all of the excursions and ensure that the students are well briefed before the trip and that there is some topical discussion as a follow on exercise. These can consist of class based materials to help inform and interest the students prior to their visits or excursion based activities which help the students to make the most of their time during the visit. For programmes which solely consist of excursions we can arrange an educational programme around visits to stretch the students’ use of English throughout their programme.

Accommodation

As this is a very important part of helping you to feel comfortable in a new country we take great care in choosing the host families. All of the people who work with us are visited and their houses inspected before any students stay and every two years after that. We have questionnaires for you to complete before your arrival to try to match you with a suitable family. Students attending in groups can be placed by themselves or in groups of 2 or 3 depending on the teachers’/group’s requirements.

We ask questions about dietary and health restrictions, allergies and preferences for staying with animals or not. Secondly, we ask you to complete a leaving questionnaire to monitor our services.

General support

We are a small business, which will guarantee a personalised service, value for money, reliability and improvement in English. We try our best to provide as flexible a service as possible and for this reason the price for the tuition and cultural programmes are variable.

We issue welcome packs to all students including a welcome letter, maps, tourist brochures for all excursion sites included in the programme and an itinerary.

We operate in an area which has huge interest for visitors so our students can experience a true to life view of the area and the people. Leamington Spa is an elegant Regency town with great facilities including a library, art gallery, two cinemas, golf courses, leisure centre, tennis courts, a wide range of restaurants and shops. Many of the home stays are on beautiful tree lined streets. Warwick is joined to Leamington physically and by a regular bus service. It is the county town with great tourist attractions including one of the best castles in the U.K. Stratford-upon-Avon is a medium sized town, easily accessible on foot from all accommodation locations, the people are friendly and welcoming to visitors and it is safe.

There are no hidden extras in our programme prices and once a quote is issued it will not be increased unless the client wishes to change the programme's details at which time extra expenses maybe incurred.
