Work Experience Programme
This course is an ideal option for young students seeking to enter in the world of work.
Our English & Work Experience Course combines English lessons with a work placement or professional workshops allowing you to practise your English skills in a real working environment. This course will provide you with invaluable work experience.
It is also called “ASL programme”, that stands for Alternanza Scuola Lavoro and means ‘learning by doing’.
You will also be able to discover which skills are the most valuable, beneficial and helpful in the current world of work.
Company’s visit:
15 hours’ English tuition related to work
Placement test, study materials, certificate (up to 35 hours certified)
6 nights’ full board accommodation with 2/3 students per house
3 companies’ visits or workshop (Jewellery Quarter Museum, Coventry Motor Museum, RAF Cosford, Jaguar Land Rover or Aston Martin)
Insurance with Student Guard Plus
Airport transfer from Birmingham or East Midlands
1 free teacher place per 15 students including accommodation, afternoons and airport transfer
